Fig 2 Individual improvement in QuickDASH (QD) disability scores among surgical patients (n = 21) in period 2 (100 indicates maximal disability). All patients (100%) reached 6-month follow-up with QD scoring, 12 (57.1%) had 12-month QD scores, and 6 (28.6%) reached 24-month QD scores. Mean number of postop surveys per patient was 2.8.
