3 Table of Content Point Sheet Vocabulary Notes CPQs Daily Works Test

4 Point Sheet- First Divider
Put all point sheets in this dividers. Students must get points initialed by teacher that day at the end of the class period.

5 Vocabulary- Second Divider
All frayer’s models and vocabulary should go in this divider.

6 Notes- Third Divider All notes taken during class or provided by teacher must be put in this section. You should have blanks sheets of paper in this section. Make sure they are in chronological oder.

7 CPQs-Fourth Divider Comprehension Purpose Questions are a scaffold provided to students to support their understanding of the text. Each CPQ must be answered in complete questions and have a minimum of 3-6 sentences. This section must also have blank sheets of paper.

8 Daily Work-Fifth Divider
All assignments, station activities, maps, quizzes, fluency initiatives (articles, readworks, etc.). Make sure they are in chronological order.

9 Test-Sixth Divider All test must be in this section.
The test must be corrected and signed by parents. Regardless of Grade

10 Pencil Pouch The pencil pouch must have map colors, crayons, and pen or pencil. You have till next Wednesday February 8, 2017 to acquire the supplies. Wednesday, February 8,2017 will be your first Binder Test. Pouch must be there to get full credit.
