Wholonomic Development
We create a work architecture weaving distinct competencies together to frame and drive toward creative centered solutions. We develop solutions to enhance organization and overall position by employing strategic evaluation of design components in the development of our transactional business models.
2
SETUP PROCESS Collectively create Implement e-systems. Deploy emerging technologies Continually enhance and extend solutions
3
We answer about importance
We answer about importance. What are the deeper meaning behind the concrete facts and data. The big picture, the context patterns and relationships. How the Portals connect to everyone’s lives. Diagrams. mental models of processes, charts.

Trends, lessons, key insights, inferences
Trends, lessons, key insights, inferences. Apply logic to generalize from particular cases. Principles and guidelines we can use. Our shared ideals and connections between Wholonomics and the ideals held by our core self.
5
Adjust the solution. Content development, user interface design, technology design, marketing plans. This phase delivers functional system prototypes. Conduct usability and market tests and make necessary adjustments during this phase.
6
Most solutions are here as off the shelf components.

4: Implementation During Phase 4, we launch the system identified under Phase 3. Critical quality assurance and beta testing also are conducted during this phase to ensure the integrity of the system design. Prior to full launch we test the code and the user interface. We perform supporting online and/or off-line marketing, client staff training, and develop maintenance documentation.
8
5: Enhancement Following the system launch under Phase 4, we continue to analyze and monitor the performance of the Project system against objectives as defined at the onset of the Project focusing on increasing the value.

The dashboard is a central point of the Core Creator platform allowing them to see all of the work items of a manifeststream.
14
Phase 1: Clarification Focuses on a rigorous process of inquiry and analysis resulting in a comprehensive needs assessment, including identifying challenges. At the end of this phase, we will prepare clearly stated objectives, a strategy by which to achieve them, and a high-level Project plan.
15
Phase 2: Portal and Token Architecture During Phase 2, we refine the solution in terms of functions, features, technologies, branding, and design. In doing such, we will be collectively explore ideas, options, and concepts. Thereafter, we test and refine the concept and overall structure of the solution. At the end of this phase, we will present creative and technical directions, along with functional requirement documents.

Phase 3 - Design Adjust the solution
Phase 3 - Design Adjust the solution. Content development, user interface design, some technology design, and marketing plan. At the end of this phase, delivers a functional system prototype. Conduct usability and/or market tests and make necessary adjustments during this phase. Implementation

From the dashboard you have an overview of the status of all the items in a manifeststream and you also have the ability to take action on items and see the tracking of all actions. Being signal driven with actions self-organizing are how Manifeststreams are delivered.
20
Each manifeststream and submanifeststream has its own interconnected dashboard. Each has separate dashboards and action items. These are broadcast as signals to the Whole for action. All action items can be found in the manifeststreams and submanifeststream. The dashboard is a good place to see an overview of all the work and take action directly. You can create an item, vote, estimate, prioritize, start, join, finish and accept or reject an item
21
The dashboard includes all action items
The dashboard includes all action items. Action items have been proposed and agreed to be completed including: Bugs Features Expenses Recurring tasks and chores Motions and discussions included in the Dashboard.
22
From the dashboard you can also open up a lightbox window within the window, where you can see the details of an item, including full history, discussion, status, creator, owner and more. From the lightbox, you can take all the actions that you would in the dashboard, voting, estimation, etc. With the lightbox when you are done you can close it and you are back on the dashboard where you left off.
