Did you use your time wisely? Reading the Instructions. Directly focus on “what” was going to happen, exactly “when” it was going to happen, and “whose” responsibility it was and documenting these responsibilities. Reading through parts to work on pacing, volume, and emphasis as well as pitch control. Multiple serious run-throughs of the performance, correcting specific mistakes immediately and retrying.
