You will assume the role of an English journalist in 1830 to write an editorial in the London Times that comments on whether the Industrial Revolution improved life and that suggests ways to address the problems created by it. Write your editorial for the citizens of London, who are familiar with the Industrial Revolution but do not know the details of its effects.

2 Requirements – 10 point notebook entry!
Headline: should reflect your point of view (mostly positive, negative or mixed?) Introduction: brief background on the Industrial era from and state whether you think the overall effects of the Industrial Revolution on individuals and society are mostly positive, negative or mixed. Body paragraph: using EVIDENCE and ANALYSIS explain your position. Please include AT LEAST 3 pieces of evidence with analysis (underline) Conclusion: explain your recommendations about how to address the negative effects of the Industrial Revolution. Your written response should be AT LEAST one page!
