2. We will NEVER do subtraction problems!!!!!
All subtraction problems will be changed to addition!!!!

3. For each problem,
#1 put each integer in parentheses
#2 there is a subtraction sign between the
two sets of parentheses-change it to an
addition sign
#3 change the second number to its
opposite
#4 use the rules for adding!

4. Parentheses-keep-add a line -opposite
6−8 6 − −8 −2

5. A little jingle! Dress numbers up to look mighty fine.
Keep, add a line, change the sign.
