3 Tryouts Dates: April 1 - 3 (might extend 1 day) Times: TBD
Snow = 6:00 - 7:30 AM; in dome Wednesday 3:30 to 6:00pm No snow = tryouts from 3:30 - 5:30 on EHS Multipurpose Fields will be sent out a week prior with final times

4 What to Expect Run Tests (run before tryouts!! And focus on interval training) Skill focused drills Small sided games Scrimmages Have evaluators on hand to assess all players

5 What We Are Looking for Varsity: Stick skills, athleticism, team player, game sense, coachable JV: Stick skills, athleticism, team player, coachable 10A: Coachable, willingness to learn, athleticism, team player Teams: Will be given during meetings with coaches after school

6 Expectations Be on time, be honest, listen to both yourself and others, maintain good sportsmanship, be confident, have trust, in yourself and in your teammates, be relentless, and be ready to be a team player Players should be season ready by April 1st. That means in shape and having prepared for tryouts.

7 Season Outlook Updates will come on the EHS Girls Lacrosse Website
Main calendar will be for all program events (fundraisers, etc) Game Schedules for each team Each team has their own calendar on the website Some are still a work in progress

8 Communications Check email for updates from captain’s parents
