Become familiar with company research, and how my colleagues practice when dealing with clients.

Analyze models of assessment, prevention, intervention, and evaluation.
Become familiar with tools of assessment for hospice patients like psychosocial assessments and bereavement assessments.

Demonstrate effective oral and written communication in working with individuals, families, groups, organizations, communities, and colleagues.
Always pay close attention when charting and always be sure to be clear in notes when assessing patients.
Always ask open ended questions in order to communicate well with the patient and family.
