2 LAB GOALS- DAY 1 Record Benchmark Due Dates on Lab
Review team guidelines that you set yesterday. Add any if necessary Assign roles within team Look over rubric with team Complete up to step # 3 of the scientific method by the five minute bell** Don’t forget to take turns writing to show team work GOOD LUCK!

3 LAB ROLES Motivator: Responsible for being aware of the emotional climate of the team and keeping the spirit up in the group. Taskmaster: Responsible for watching the clock and driving the team to stay on task to meet benchmarks on time. Materials Handler: Responsible for retrieving all necessary materials for the days work. Coordinator: Responsible leading team discussions and making sure everyone's ideas are heard. Also responsible for taking the questions and concerns to Mrs. Iwaszczuk when needed.

5 LAB GOALS- DAY 3 Label bin with team name
Get procedure and data tables approved by Mrs. Iwaszczuk before staring the experiment During the experiment any added directions must have a star indicating it’s an addition

6 LAB GOALS- DAY 4 Follow your procedure to complete the separation of your mixture. Make sure your data table has the masses of all the substances you separated. This is your proof that you found all 8!! CLEAN OUT EVERYTHING!

7 LAB GOALS- DAY 5 Complete separation!!! Complete BOTH data tables
Look over procedure and revise it with additions

8 LAB GOALS Take out rubric and make sure you have everything.
Conclusion questions: Be sure to prove or disprove your hypothesis first. Add diagrams/pictures if time permits Staple everything in this order: Rubric Experiment write up in the order of the scientific method Data Tables,Diagrams/pictures Conclusion questions
