2. Draw a rectangle
.125” x 1”

3. Use the line tool to draw lines with the dimensions shown.

4. Draw a three point arc with a dimension of SR.208
SR = Surface Radius

5. Revolve the two shapes using the y-axis as the rotation axis

6. Revolve the two shapes using the y-axis as the rotation axis

7. Thread the peg with a .25” offset at the top.

8. Start a two sketch on the top of the peg and draw a six sided polygon dimensioned to 5/32 or .156

9. Extrude the polygon as a cut .111”

10. Chamfer the bottom portion of the peg as shown by first selecting the face of the peg and then the edge to be chamfered.
