Aster engineering division has qualified and experienced structural design engineers. We have developed over 200+ designs complying with multinational tower standards. Towers are designed using latest software based programs taking into account various parameters such as Added Loads : Antennae, Conductors, Ground Wires, Insulators, Lights and Other Accessories etc., Climatic Loads : Wind, Seismic, Ice and Temperature etc., Technical Considerations : Topographical Factor, Dynamic Effect of wind, Risk Coefficients, Factor of Safety, Certification Standards requirements etc., Ctnd.

Fabrication Facility Packing & Transportation Transportation to customers is done by both sea and Air ways Materials are Packed in 20 feet and 40 feet containers as per the requirement Containers placed on Trailers transported up to nearest Port All the containers shipped properly under proper and strict supervision of our Transportation Agents Different towers are loaded into the same container with color coding and can be easily identified based on the site. Fabrication Facility International packing standards adhered to
Packing & Transportation International packing standards adhered to Description of packing material with Customer Name, Batch No, Location etc. is mentioned on the packed items. Wooden cases are used for packing of small Plates. Packing is done using Jute strip and bags. Sufficient care is taken in the process of storing, packing and Handling of Galvanized products. During Transportation adequate ventilation is provided to prevent white rust or wet storage stains. Post treatment like chromating done to minimize the chances of formation of white rust and Silica jell for de-oxidation effects. NS Toner and Stripping dispenser of ITW Signode are used for metal strapping mechanically.
