9. Brush Every Night
You should brush you teeth every night before bed. Brushing removes food from your teeth. It keeps them clean and healthy. If you don’t brush enough, you could get cavities. Brushing also keeps you from getting bad breath. Brushing once a day only does half the job. You need to brush every morning and every night.
