Two Types of People Psalm 1
Psalms – we are studying the Psalms because: 1. We are commanded to sing them; 2. We are commanded to bring them to each other (1 Cor. 14:26); 3. They teach us about the Kingdom (Acts 13:33) Psalm 1

He does not walk in the path of sinners The path of sin is easy – Matthew 7:13 The path of sin is popular – Luke 13:24 The path of sin is pleasant – Titus 3:3 Mt 7:13 "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. Lu 13:24 "Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. Tit 3:3 For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another.

The Ungodly Man They are like chaff in the wind Everything moves them around Doctrines – Ephesians 4:3 Difficulties in life – Matthew 7:26-27 They will not stand in the judgment Eph 4:14 As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; Mt 7:26 "Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. 27 "The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell--and great was its fall."

God Knows God knows who are His - By their hearts - By their deeds
