6 When to Study Study 2 hours for every hour in class
Study difficult subjects first Use your times of peak energy Use waiting time (3x5 cards)

7 Where to Study Use a regular study area Study where you will be alert
Use a library

8 Outside distractions People Technology Learn to say no
Noise distractions

9 In a Pinch? Are you balancing short term and long term planning?
Is perfection necessary If you were employed as a student, are you earning your wages? Can I do just one more thing? Are you prioritizing? Can I delegate something? Am I allowing flexibility? Could I really find the time?

10 Be Here Now! Control your inner voices so that you can be successful in all ventures. Accept stray thoughts and move on to the task at hand. Let go of the stray thoughts that distract you from focusing on learning.
