In order to assess the full risk associated to fire, including smoke density, toxicity and corrosiveness of fire gases.

3. + a Remind about Safety :
According to SAPOCO 42, the hierarchy in terms of safety follows the same lines as the hierarchy in terms of supervision :
The DL is responsible for all safety aspects in his/her Division (He/she nominates a DSO and GLIMOSes)
A Project Leader is responsible for all safety aspects concerning his/her project (He/she may nominate a Safety Link-Person)
A Team Leader is responsible for the safety of his/her team and the work done by his/her team. …
TIS edicts the Safety Rules (= law) and watch over their application (inspectors and coordinators = policemen)
