Hi, my name is Warren. I love to run around. I love playing with my friends, but sometimes I like to relax and just be by myself.

This is my mom. I love her so much! Did you know that baby rhinos stay with their moms for 3 years! I am still just a baby, and I spend most of my time with my mom.

4. But, one day men came. They hurt my mom and they took her horn
But, one day men came. They hurt my mom and they took her horn. I was so scared. I heard loud noises, my mom was crying, and then she was gone. I’m all alone, I’m hungry, and I really miss my mom.

5. I looked for my mom for many days
I looked for my mom for many days. Then one day more men came, but they weren’t mean like the others. They fed me and took me to a place with many other baby rhinos like me.

6. All the baby rhinos here are orphans
All the baby rhinos here are orphans. This means we have no parents to take care of us. This is because of people called poachers. Poachers hurt our mothers so that they can take their horns and make money.
