1 SOFT SLAB CONSTRUCTION

2 SLAB Method of CONSTRUCTION:
technique of building ceramic forms by constructing flat pieces of clay. Soft slabs can be used to wrap around molds.

3 Slump Mold: any object that soft clay is pressed into to create a specific shape

5 Impressing: Surface treatment created by pressing a textured object or material into the clay

6 Drape Mold: a support that holds a clay slab in a certain shape until it stiffens
