For the UWB PHY BPPM-BSPK modulation, the minimum LIFS period and SIFS period are: — macLIFSPeriod – 40 preamble symbols (Tpsym) — macSIFSPeriod – 12 preamble symbols (Tpsym) Where Tpsym for different preamble sequences is specified in Table 39. For the UWB PHY OOK modulation, the minimum LIFS period and SIFS period are: — macLIFSPeriod – 40 chip intervals (Tchip=1 µs) — macSIFSPeriod – 12 chip intervals (Tchip=1 µs)
