2. It is our duties as professionals to always offer our clients the newest most effective methods of service.
This is done through constant evaluating of policies and upgrading of the policies
This consists of dedication and commitment of the professional to the clients

Gen 6.1 Use practice experience to inform scientific inquiry.
I will take former clients to pursue knowledge and policies that will better serve the clients in the future
Do not keep making the same mistake with clients use errors to grow in skills and knowlege

4. Cont. Gen 6.2 Use research evidence to inform practice
Once I search out information and policies that would better serve clients then I should implement them into the services to make it a policy practice organization
It is nothing worse than to see an organization operating with cave-men mentality…with statements as “if it is not broke do not fix it”
That is not fair to the clients because research evidence is to inform agencies and clients on how they can be better served so they can get the maximal benefits out of the needed services
