(a) Hematoxylin and eosin staining of an adenoid SK shows epidermal trabeculae that extend from the epidermis and show branching in the dermis (bar=0.1mm). (b) Multiplex SNaPshot reaction revealed an FGFR3 double mutation in patient no. 15 at codons 248 and 652. (c) Multiplex SNaPshot reaction showed the A393E mutation in patient no. 8, which has not been described in SKs so far.
