Each group needs to read/listen to the chosen scene for understanding of what is going on.
Choose parts and practice lines individually.
Find a time to get together to rehearse. This could be before school, during lunch, after school or outside of school. My classroom will be available, as well as the amphitheater.
Use props, costumes, etc.
Video tape your scene. This will be shown in each section.
Only 3 groups total can produce each scene. You must have your group organized before claiming a scene and getting the scripts from me.

Pronunciation/expression and clarity of lines (10)
Individual evaluation of group members (5)

3. Balcony scene, Act II Scene 2: 2 people Romeo, Juliet (Any guy/girl who does this scene will get 5 extra credit points!)

4. Yelling Capulets, Act III scene 5: 4 people Lady Capulet, Juliet, Capulet, Nurse

5. Party Scene, Act I scene 5: 6 people (could be 2-4 more dancers) Old Capulet, Capulet, Romeo, Juliet, Nurse, Tybalt

6. Street Fight, Act III scene 1: 7 people Benvolio, Mercutio, Tybalt, Romeo, Prince, Juliet, Nurse

7. The Tomb Scene, Act V Scene 3: 10 people Paris, Page 2, Romeo, Balthasar, Friar L, Juliet, Watch 1, Capulet, Montague, Prince
