4. 1. Location (Two Types)
A. Absolute Location (Exact position on the globe)
Uses latitude (parallels) and longitude (meridians)

5. B. Relative Location
Where a location is in relation to other places

6. 2. Place
A collection of physical and human features that distinguish it from other areas

10. 3. Human-Environment Interaction
How have/do humans affect their environment in a given area?

11. 4. Movement
How people, goods, and ideas will move in and out of different locations

12. 5. Regions
A group of places that share common characteristics
