More timely capturing of invoices. In a number of instances plant sites have invoices in-hand that don't show up in the system for 3-4 (or more) months.

An integration of real time data, actual contracts and historic consumption data would be useful. I can generally find what I need and when I need help, it is because of my own lack of familiarity with the system.
I would like clarification of vendors for natural gas distribution vs. vendors that supply gas. I pull numbers from the system but am sometimes unsure if they are for the same gas, just for different services (distribution or supply).
TCS
The energy system is not really the issue its the lack of data. There needs to be more detailed data on energy use to be useful in operation efficiency. There is not energy data at a sub-metered level and location data is not very useful.
It is a good data repository for those who require such information.
My main function is updating the consumption page. I have no issues with how the system performs.

any help on rate negotiations would be welcome. Also could use any help on capital spending ideas and engineering support to drive down usage.
