She presented the facts and then she began to speculate and hypothetically speak

With the experience of this agency she was advised it would be better for her not to put any speculations or opinions in the paperwork for the judge to read
We gave a short history of what the Judge have threw out and gave examples of the wordings in the paperwork

Professionally we explained to her that the judge would not grant her request if she could not validate any allegations with proof
