2 Newton's Second Law of Motion:
The acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the net force applied on it and inversely proportional to its mass. F = ma

3 Newton’s Second Law Huh? What does that mean? Let’s rewrite it so that it’s easier to understand:

4 Newtons! Acceleration is always in the same direction as the force causing it….which means force is a vector. The unit for force is Newton’s (N)

5 Newton’s Second Law states:
When a force acts on an object, the object will accelerate in the direction of the force. If there is no force, there is no acceleration.
