Select grayscale, fill in glare if necessary

Adjust threshold
Slide lower scale as needed
Stop when b/w matches original

Analyze particles
Show outlines

6. Data Analysis Copy and paste data to Excel Foumulas Autosum (Ʃ)
at bottom of area column
