Nero's Empire - Nero took over the power at 54 AD. His reign lasted for 14 years. - He took over the throne rather unexpectedly as he only became emperor as a marriage of his father Claudius and Agrippina.

Nero tried to maintain a good public image but after the destruction of rome he made some bad calls. He began to Build an entirely gold house out of the ashes of the city

Final Decision - After the Burning of Rome Nero blamed the Christians for the fire - Even though many were killed Neros final days came

NEROS FINAL DAY - His last words were, "Qualis artifex pereo." ("What an artist the world loses in me.") - He killed himself in 68 AD before any of the people of Rome could have taken his life.
