Get results: Is your lab book current? Did you build something?
Clean up: Is your lab area clean and are parts sorted?
Initiative: Only The Bosses can authorize points for ‘Initiative.’
Abuse Teammates or Tools: Did you fight, insult or destroy?
Stupid Stuff: Did you do anything you would not want tell your parents?
At the end of each work session, you will fill out your team’s Job Performance spread sheet.
Add or subtract a point in each column for each work session. Each team member’s Job Performance points will be added automatically by the spread sheet.
You are responsible for grading yourself. Your teammates and your bosses must approve your spread sheet entries.

8. Extreme Building Multiple brains are better than one. Share ideas.
There is a new technique for improving productivity at big engineering companies. It’s called ‘Extreme Programming.’
In the old days every engineer had their own computer terminal.
In some of today’s most progressive technology companies, teams of 2 –4 engineers share a computer terminal. One types and the others contribute and check ideas. This technique, called Extreme Programming, is proving to be very effective.
We will practice this technique.
