1 What is discrimination?
To discriminate means to show bias or prejudice; that is, to show either favouritism or unfairness or to treat people with inequality To be intolerant and narrow minded

2 What is social justice Social justice is about equality and fairness between human beings. It works on the universal principles that guide people in knowing what is right and what is wrong. This is also about keeping a balance between groups of people in a society or a community. A fair perception about race, age, gender, culture, laws, traditions, beliefs is considered a good balance. Social justice happens when a person or group of persons do not harbor prejudices that are detrimental to peaceful and productive relationships among individuals or groups.

3 Discrimination Puts peoples safety at risk for much the same reasons as bullying and harassment place safety at risk – that is it has significant mental, emotional and social impacts on people Sexual and racial harassment are forms of discrimination People subjected to sexual or racial harassment are being discriminated against on the basis of their sex or their race
