Figure 2 (a) Time to pregnancy of spontaneous pregnancies resulting in live births per maternal age category in women with premature ovarian insufficiency compared with population-based controls. Bars represent medians of time to pregnancies; whiskers represent interquartile ranges; numbers within bars represent number of pregnancies per age category. Pregnancies established during the use of contraceptives were excluded. A two-way analysis of variance on ranks of time to pregnancy showed for age (P < 0.001); for premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) versus controls, no statistically significant difference was found; (b) percentage of spontaneous pregnancies resulting in live births per maternal age category in women with POI versus population based controls. Bars represent percentage of pregnancies; numbers within bars represent number of pregnancies per age category. Pregnancies established during the use of contraceptives were excluded. A chi-squared test showed a difference between distributions of POI and controls (P < 0.001). Reproductive BioMedicine Online , DOI: ( /j.rbmo ) Copyright © 2015 Reproductive Healthcare Ltd.
