7. Wastewater – Direct Discharge Direct Discharge Requires a NPDES Permit Continuous vs. Intermittent discharge Application Submitted 60 days prior to construction 30 day public comment period may be required Plans and Specifications submitted for approval

8. Wastewater – Temporary Onsite Storage Plans for storage structures submitted for review Licensed Septic Tank Pumpers/Haulers Location/Destination of waste disposal Signed Agreement Contingency/back up plan

9. Wastewater – Total Containment Zero Discharge Plan and Specifications Reviewed prior to construction (Design- Capacity etc…)
