Department of CEA: Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique:
big governmental agency (16,000 people, 10 geographical locations in France, different kind of research, several departments)
Windows NT 4 domains:
total anarchy: each dept. its own set, some trust relationships between them ….

3. Windows 2000 domains? Quite hard “political” discussions
departments want to preserve their autonomy
central information technology dept. wishes to concentrate things
not for tomorrow …

all the different users are mapped to “user”
only usable for the home directory

15. Roaming Profiles Windows NT4 and Windows 2000 share the same profiles
they are not identical!
2000 is bigger than NT4
French profiles cannot migrate to MultiLanguage version (English version)
