Plant and Animal Cells All living things are made of tiny structures called cells. Most cells are too small to be seen with the naked eye. The Structure of Animal Cells: Cell wall Cell membrane Cytoplasm Nucleus with chromosomes The Structure of Plant Cells: Plant cells contain the same parts as animal cells, but they also have: Large vacuole with cell sap Chloroplast with chlorophyll Protozoa: Organisms made of a single cell, like an animal cell. Amoebae are protozoa that crawl around on surfaces of mud and leaves in ponds. They feed by flowing around organisms even smaller than themselves. They digest the organisms inside their cell
