VSEPR Models In this table, all of the electrons on the central atoms are shared to produce the shape given. The linear, trigonal planar, trigonal bipyramidal and octahedral do not satisfy the octet rule – only the terahedral does.

Tetrahedral – Space-filling
Just like the balloons in class. This is the natural arrangement in space for four pairs of electrons around the central atom. This satisfies the octet rule.
