3. t e c h n o The contoured rectangular brush
head is reinforced with carbon fiber.
This provides a lightness, strength
and the necessary rigidity without equal.
It is filled with solid foam to provide
further strength and rigidity in addition
to thermal and acoustic insulation.

4. t e c h n o The rigid sole of the brush and the connector
(joint and stud)
are made from elastomeric polymer.
A cylindrical broomstick in
carbon fiber has been developed
specifically to improve overall balance.

5. t e c h n o Another unique feature is that
the sole retains dirt and frost
but is very easy to clean
and dries immediately.
Many tests have proven the
effectiveness of this sole in smoothing
and equalizing the pebble heads.

6. t e c h n o The ultra light carbon fiber broomstick
is 27 mm in diameter and attaches to the
stud of the connector without a screw.
It is designed for a solid handgrip
and it can hold our specifically
developed timer buzzer.

7. t e c h n o The connector from the head of the
brush to the broomstick includes a
universal joint and a universal stud
designed to receive the
broomstick on rubber dampers.
An outer ring reinforces
the end of the broomstick.

8. t e c h n o The articulation of the connector
provides a regular and stable friction
with the head of the brush
and its internal
and external friction surfaces.
All parts of the connector are
manufactured with the utmost precision.

9. t e c h n o The friction surface of the sole
is extremely effective and respectful
of the pebble heads whose are not
mopped but freeze again.
It thus saves them to a more
even height during the game.

10. t e c h n o The rigid sole of the brush will level
pebble heads and reduce the amount
of friction between them and
the bearing surface of the stone.
Efficiency is therefore maximized
by the energy of the curler.

To meet the requirements of the World Curling Federation for their WCF elite Championships or Events (more or less than 2% of all the curlers), a TechnoPad could be attached under the head of the brush making it a hybrid brush.
