1 Thessalonians 5:18, 
Thank God no matter what happens.
This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live.

2. A True Christian Is
Characterised
By Thankfulness
In All Circumstances.

3. Romans 1:21
Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give Him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. As a result, their minds became dark and confused.
2 Timothy 3:2
For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred.

4. THE DANGERS OF UNTHANKFULNESS.
WE WILL FOCUS ON THE ACTIONS OF PEOPLE INSTEAD OF THE PROCESSES OF GOD. 
WE WILL WORSHIP PLEASANT CIRCUMSTANCES RATHER THAN BE SATISFIED WITH GOD ALONE.
WE WILL GIVE PLACE TO THE DEVIL WHO OPERATES IN LUST, GREED AND PRIDE.
WE WILL REPEL THE PRESENCE OF GOD WITHIN US. 
WE WILL MISS OUR GREATEST PURPOSE IN LIFE: TO LOVE AND WORSHIP GOD. 

5. REASONS TO BE THANKFUL.
BE THANKFUL THAT JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR YOUR SINS.
BE THANKFUL THAT YOUR TRUE HOME IS WAITING FOR YOU.
IF YOU’RE A CHRISTIAN BE THANKFUL THAT YOUR SINS EVEN YOUR DEEPEST DARKEST SINS ARE FORGIVEN. YOUR CHAINS ARE BROKEN YOU ARE FREE!
GOD PROMISES TO PROVIDE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
THANK GOD YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORK YOUR WAY INTO HEAVEN.

6. Overflow With Gratitude.
When we’re appreciative of all He has done for us that makes us want to love Him more, obey more, give more, pray more, sacrifice more, and share the faith more.
Then we need to readjust our prayer lives today.
We need to step away from the world and go be alone with the Lord and say,
“Lord I love you and I thank you for all you have done for me. I ask that you help me to be more grateful for the things I take advantage of and neglect.
Help me enjoy the little things in life.”
