Estimated Cancer Incidence and Mortality for Males Attributable to a 100-mGy Radiation Exposure as a Function of Age Stacked bar graph depicts the lifetime attributable risk for cancer incidence and mortality for males attributable to a total body 100-mGy (100 mSv) exposure as a function of age at exposure. Note the strong relationship between age at exposure and risk. Note also the smaller incidence and mortality rates in men compared with women at each age range.
