2 Summary 1 This document responds to the comments on SC class 3 related comments: CID 1, 2, 102, 118, 134, 138, 142 and 188. 2 MCSs are added into class 3 for SC PHY to support specific high data rate applications such as HDMI. Resolution: Include the following MCS as SC class 3 into D02. HR1: p/2-8PSK with LDPC(672,504) – 3.8Gbps (PW=0), 3.4Gbps (PW=64) HR2: p/2-16 QAM with LDPC(672,504) – 5.1Gbps (PW=0), 4.5Gbps (PW=64)

6 Text on MCS modulation and constellation diagram
The explanation for class 3 modulation will be copied from previous versions of draft: 8PSK (before DF0) and 16QAM (D01). The following subclauses will be added: p/2 8PSK p/2 16-QAM The constellation diagrams will be copied from similar sources. Constellation diagrams for p/2 8PSK and p/2 16- QAM will be added into Figure 130 in D02.

7 Supported Data Rates Field
Add the following bits (in red) in Figure 126. Add the descriptions of the bits into The SC 8PSK field shall be set to one if the p/2 8PSK is supported by the SC PHY DEV and shall be set to zero is otherwise.
