Because since the pipe is rusted it would affect the water to become slow or disinfected water

The video explains how fast algae grows plus how rusted pipes were also, drains are needed

Divergents water pipe x2
Moving water pipe x2
12in x 12in drain x2

9. Why are you choosing these materials
Because they are what I call the big three the diverging pipes do right by putting them right by the wall while it the water that is traveling through the pipe will go the drain. The moving pipe will control the toilet pipes.

I estimated to about 576$ for one walkway
