Notes Does OSC FCs need to be explicitly modeled? Maybe for OSC power monitoring ? Not required by the ITU spec but most people implement it as a span loss measurement. LOS is done at the Ethernet layer Fault correlation (which OTS/OMS/OTSiA MEPs are affected by failure of OSC) ? It is not a requirement since someone could create wider channel, but this will require to layer the OTSIG-O on top of SMCG-O to do the correlation between the connection id associated to the SMCG and the associated OTSiG
