Come out for an afternoon of great food and good company. This event is being held in loving memory of Bruce W. Zimmerman and in honor of other PALS* at Zim's favorite restaurant.
Proceeds of this fundraiser will go directly to support ALS research at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
Dr. Zachary Simmons, Director of the ALS Center, and Dr. James Connor and his research team will be present at various times during the event to discuss this important work going on at the Hershey Medical Center.
*PALS denotes persons with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig's disease. ALS is usually fatal in two to five years. There is no known cause or cure for this "nasty" disease that robs individuals of the ability to walk, talk and eventually breathe The only hope for the future is research! Please call JoAn B.
