Strategic management seem to be a fairly centralized function within the MS

10. What public administration flagships to expect in the years to come?
What will be of interest for the EUPAN network to discuss?
- further development of quality methods, and the use of them in public
administrations in the MS
- greening eGovernment as a way towards energy saving, slowing down the
climate change, making our processes more effective
- new methods of “flexicurity” – increased flexibility and increased security
- sustainable pension systems
- using procurement as a tool towards sustainable growth – increasing
transparency, supporting environmentally sound production and services,
competition and SME

6. Future of eGOV
Already several European groups in this field (such as IDA BC)
Need for a broader integration of eGOV-perspectives in other EUPAN working groups
Possible alternatives:
Launch of merged ”IPSG 2.0”?
Transform into a learning team?
Termination?
