Software License Agreements
ActsOne grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to use of BlueOne Components. Software license IS NOT FOR SALE, ONLY GRANTS THE RIGHTS OF USING.
1. License Grant
   ActsOne grants Licensee licenses as below with this agreement.
Company & Organization Use
Licensee can install and use the product as many as authorized by license agreement. Installation and using cannot exceed the number authorized by this agreement. Product shall not be installed and used to personal computer which is unfit for the general purpose or not used by specified company / organization.
Personal Use
Licensee can install and use the product as many as authorized by license agreement. Installation and using cannot exceed the number authorized by this agreement. Product cannot be installed and used to computer in company / organization which is not for personal use.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
  ActsOne grants THE RIGHT OF NON-EXCLUSIVE USING, NOT THE RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP. All accessible contents of product are intellectual property of and owned by ActsOne. The Software is protected by copyright.
3. License Type
Developer License : License by each engineers who take part in site development. The license SHALL NOT BE FOR ENGINEERS, BUT ONLY FOR SITE. For example, if there is a site development with three engineers, ActsOne grants the site three licenses by each engineers, and the license is valid only for the authorized site development.
Deploy License : License to deploy to another customers after build products with BlueOne Components. ActsOne grants each end-users the deploy licenses. For example, if a product built with BlueOne Components should be deployed to two sites, developing licensee shall purchase two deploy licenses.
Site License : License for enterprise development. Site license does not limit the number of engineers who take part in the authorized site development. The license is valid only for the authorized side development.
