Figure 2 Receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve for serum HCG values for the prediction of clinical intrauterine pregnancy for vitrified-warmed blastocyst group (blue line: 341 cases with 231 clinical intrauterine pregnancies) and fresh blastocyst group (red line: 789 cases with 638 clinical intrauterine pregnancies). False-positive rate is 1; specificity and true positive rate is the sensitivity. Numbers on the lines are a few key cut-off values of beta-HCG values (mIU/l). Area under the curve (AUC) for HCG values are significant with P < (for testing AUC = 0.5). The difference between AUCs of the two ROC curves was not significantly different.
