First Nation sovereignty is recognized
First Nations have their own parliament.
First Nations are given more territory.
First Nations be given control of resources
Royal Proclamation is restated.
First Nations be in charge of their own education.

8. RCAP Continued
The report is over 4000 pages and over 400 recommendations.
Was supposed to be implemented in 20 years.
2 years left and less than ten recommendations have been accepted.
