Research and Teach In groups, consider the following principles and ideas: Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) Walk softly and carry a big stick Rationalism in international policy Genocide/Crimes against humanity Tell the class: What is it? What does it have to do with war? What is an example of this in the real world? Is it a positive or negative thing towards humanity?

In groups of four, choose three arguments and create a rebuttal to that idea. Present that idea. Create A Rebuttal

Create a Debate Create a debate for the following topics:
War creates wealth/War destroys wealth Religion is to blame for most wars/Economic gain and territory are to blame for most wars War can be justified/War can never be justified Have at least three warrants from three sources for each side. Create rebuttals for your opponents’ arguments.
