Similar statistics of other sections in India included for comparison While we could achieve about 42% growth in professional membership (target set by HO was 6%), we could not achieve the target membership retention rate to qualify for the award. Our retention rate was 74.56% against set target of 80% retention. Missed by few members moving to GRACE or SUSPENDED category Comparison with other sections in India shows, our section achieved highest growth in membership during 2018 (several new members joined during 2018), while on many other criteria, we are No. 2 and Delhi or Gujarat Sections has taken No. 1 position for same With continued support from EC team as well as Admin, we should be able to sustain membership growth and also overcome issue of membership retention in 2019 Please note that, when a member goes to GRACE period, his/her name is not counted in membership growth / retention analysis by HO. All members can log in ISA website and check their due date for renewal. Please ensure that, all EC members do his/her membership renewal, before due date and avoid moving to GRACE period or SUSPENDED category. While checking the latest roster data of EC team members of ISA Bangalore Section - as on date, no EC member is in GRACE or SUSPENDED category, no EC member is due for renewal during January Further checking of roster data on regular basis, sending reminders / calls to all section members for renewal will be done by Admin
