How does the hydrosphere interact with the geosphere and the atmosphere?
Investigation 1: The hydrosphere includes all the water. Water has a very high heat capacity due to its properties. Water is polar with positive and negative charges. These charges cause cohesion and adhesion to water and other objects. Terms: Hydrosphere, Heat Capacity, Polarity, Adhesion, Cohesion
2
Primary Investigation
Write the question and answer in a complete sentence Q1. How does the heat capacity of water affect its temperature? Q2. How does the polarity of water explain water’s heat capacity? Q3. How is cohesion and adhesion the same and different? Importance of the ozone Sun tan lotion technology What is SPF? The weather: Controlling the weather HAARP
