GOAL: Deliver quality leadership training through improved curricula, coordinated preparation, and professional execution LDT Standards: Model leadership consistent with core values Coordinate & prepare instruction NLT one day prior to LTP event Optimize coverage at company-level activities Start on time & use full training period ( )

Key Points >=50% LTP participation for stipend award
Must attend at least five events this term ADO/MECEP/STA21 participation requested at SMIs SMI dates: 25 Jan, 8 Feb, 22 Feb LTP syllabus requires 80% attendance Make-up training available on Wednesdays Most current LTP schedule is always the weekly training schedule Coordinate team support with your TAC NLT every Fri before the next training week
