4. BECAUSE It is used to give the reason for something. Examples: Reason

It is used with a noun (e.g. flu, weather, noise). Examples:
Reason
Mary is in bed because of his flu.

6. ALTHOUGH
It is used to contrast two ideas or situations within a sentence. Examples:
Although the weather was very cold, we decided to go for a walk.
The government passed the new law although many people opposed it.
